We also migrated from J4 to J5. In J4 we used the VISIBLE reCAPTCHA (Google reCAPTCHA v2). If I remember well, when we migrated to J5, the VISIBLE reCAPTCHA was no longer available forcing us to use the INVISIBLE Google reCAPTCHA v3.
